Do you believe that all tattoos should have meaning?

That's precisely who started it all. The tattoo shop/soap operas. Most tattoos do have meaning, obviously, if they are art. One of the main definitions of art is that it creates an emotional response when viewed. It does not have to necessarilly be a positive emotional response. Art is art, even if it's meaning may be hard to identify in words. Beauty still is in the eye of the beholder. Take care.
