EMERGENCY - LOVEBIRD ALMOST DEAD?

Need to put her in a humid room. You can even run hot water in shower and let the bathroom steam up and put her in there(the bathroom not the shower). Sometimes the moisture will help p the egg. If you can see the egg in the vent area you can try to help lubricate the area by wetting a q-tip in mineral oil and rubbing around the vent. Just be careful not to break the egg. Make sure she is nice and warm. make sure she has much calcium at this point. Cuttle bones, crushed oyster shell. You may even have to try to hand feed her as she is weak at this point. Best bet would be a vet at this point. There are vets that are open 24/7 and sometimes they will see bird if avian vet is on board. Good luck. Put food and water close to her as sometimes they are to weak to get to it. Calcium is the key here.
