Why aren't jets used for controlled demolitions?

I've never seen such perfect collapses in my life as those of 9/11/01. Why don't we use old jets to bring down old buildings, so the pile is easier to clean up? Jets work far better than well-places explosives, right? Then why aren't they used for demolishing buildings?
