How do I get my boyfriend to be more interested in normal things rather partying all night?

Okay.. I've been with the same guy for a year now. Besides me being moody and on edge most of the time dealing with my crazy mother and school I would say I'm every guys dream. I don't lie or cheat and "I'm the most loyal person I know. On the other hand he has already lied twice to me about personal matters... I forgave him but have slight trust issues with him now... we need to work through them.. he likes to party way too much... yes he has slowed down but not enough. He was born with $50 million sitting in his trust so he never had to work a day in his life..he finished 4 years of college and is now 30... he has no motivation and just sits around his house just watching shows he records on tivo all day and when hes not home he is at the bar with the guys..The other night I asked him if he wanted to go to the movies and the next night go out with friends for drinks.. He said ummmm maybe not the movies tonight but I would love to go out tomorrow night.... I tried telling him thats it's been one year and I'm ready to take it to the next level.. he needs to move his and get some motivation.. he stands by his word "I am not doing anything wrong"... he also seems to think its totally okay to rekindle his relationship with his 4 year fiance from college... am I totally out of my mind or is he right??? I just want him to want as much as I do... He just settles for anything and never has the fight in him. I know he loves me but how do I play hard to get to make him want me in the same way??? and is it okay for him to be talking to his ex?
