Why is Sergio Martinez not a PPV attraction?

His promoter Lou Dibella has not made him enough of a big name. Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and Saul Alvarez are bigger names with huge fan bases but look at Sergio Martinez, he is better than both of those boxers put together. The difference is those two have great promoters while Lou Dibella is an inferior and weaker promoter.
