What tree has the longest lifespan?

The bristlecone pine, which lives in California desert lands, is not only the longest living plant, but the longest living thing. Mind, it does not look much alive -- all wizened up and crooked like an old apple. Another possible candidate is common mushroom mycelia, the underground part of which the 'shroom is the flower. There is one in, I believe, Minnesota which may also make the claim for the largest living thing. God knows how old such a thing might be.
