If you could help make decisions on health care reform and changes, what would they be?

Well the first thing I would take the HEALTH CARE MEDICAL DECISIONS out of the hands of INSURANCE companies and I would have a TWO TIER system where those who CAN AFFORD it can have the BEST and those who CAN NOT will always have access to SOME FORM of HEALTH CARE. I would also Have people who are getting FREE HEALTH CARE have MANDATORY check ups for PREVENTION but I guess I coldnt force it though. But the point is PREVENTION is important and people need to be educated about health care. I would like to see people not ABUSE their BODIES but there really is no way to FORCE this.
