How can i sell gl pipes legally in new jersey or as a business?

I am a gl blower and want to sell gl tobacco pipes here in New Jersey for some extra cash while I attend Rutgers. I was thinking to either sell them to shops exclusively, sell them in a flea market type setting, or even just to people on the street. What laws are out there that I should be aware of and what are some ways around them, such as required terminology use and business licensing?
