i am size 6 or 8 . i been dieting for almost 2 weeks now. havent lost a single pound! and it made me feel dizzy ... i want to lose weight of my arms, belly and cheeks! is there any way of doing it? there are alot of women like me size 6 -8 but they dont have chubby cheeks or arms like i have. how do they do it? is it my body type? i did not have like this arms when i was a kid. i was like a twig. my bmi is in healthy range by the way.
