OMG is this genital ?? If not, what?

I had unprotected with my ex about 3 weeks ago, and I caught a glimpse of his pubic area (It was night time so dark) and there were very large bumps all over and you can tell he had shaved recently, but I didn't think anything of it because he has really bad skin and every time he shaves he gets horrible razor bumps. But the friday that just ped (about 2 weeks after) I noticed I had numerous pimple like bumps show up on my . I still have some right now, but less in number because i've been using my apricot face scrub down there and it seems to be clearing up. I've looked up and all that online and it says "blisters" and "sores". But all I have is these pimple like bumps, a couple resemble whiteheads, while others are just flesh colored or slightly red. They don't hurt at all, and there aren't any around my at all, just the . And I haven't had any fevers or anything wrong, like a discharge or something along those lines. In the past I would have these bumps show up on my , but definitely not this numerous. I plan on getting tested in 2 weeks, but while i'm waiting for he day to come, I just want some kind of answer.
