How to help my mom help herself..?

So my mom has had multiple sclerosis for about 20 years now and divorced my dad around 9 years ago. Just last year, she followed me to FLA to be around me and to help her parents who have alzheimers. I noticed her whole life revolves around seeing her dad in the hospital and consoling her mom when she should be attempting to make some friends down here. The problem is she still does not know how to use the computer, driving ability is deteriorating and sometimes she's totally irrational and depressed but won't admit she needs these things other people besides her parents in her life. Recently, she saw her doctor after a drawn out period of extreme stress who agreed with her that she should return to the cooler weather in Michigan. I figure at least she has a swim club up there, but as her son just want to see her settle down and it hurts to see her this way. Anything I can do? She won't learn the computer.. or help herself..
