Can anyone direct me to a good human anatomy website (or software maybe)?

I have a 3 year old child that is obsessed with the internal workings of the human body. He watches the "human atlas" videos on discoveryhealth.com all the time.... but he would like some GOOD still diagrams/images of mostly the circulatory system, digestive system and of the reproductive system... I cannot find any free websites that have good content. Do you know of any? If not - how about some affordable software I can purchase for him that might have that sort of stuff?
